Catholic Charities Health Care Network celebrated 40 years of service in 2024. We take a look back at the doctors and other professionals who have served those in need. Some of these medical professionals have been honored at the John Carroll Society’s Rose Mass reception and with Caritas! honors. We at Catholic Charities are appreciative of all the doctors and hospitals that have provided specialized and critical care through the Health Care Network for 40 years. In March 2025, the Health Care Network expressed its appreciation to doctors and hospitals at a reception at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

At a breakfast reception at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in March 2025, CEO Jim Malloy presented a plaque of appreciation to Dr. David Song for the pro bono services that the hospital and its doctors provide through the Health Care Network.
Dr. Tom Loughney spoke at a reception at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital about his participation in the Health Care Network, noting how care is needed now more than ever and how appreciative patients are.
