Catholic Charities Gala 2022

The 37th annual gala brought more than 1,000 friends, colleagues and family members — all supporters of Catholic Charities — together for a night of celebration and dancing on April 9. Father John Enzler and the Board of Directors announced that the event raised $3.1 million to support the agency’s mission of serving the poor.

Save the date: Please join us on April 1, 2023, for Catholic Charities Gala 2023, which will be chaired by Kevin and Mary Anne Virostek, and Steve and Joanne Virostek.

Gala Program Brochure

The in-person event at the Marriott Marquis and a virtual version were hosted by Father John Enzler.

The McMurtrie family served as gala chairs. Co-chairs Maria Andreas Guadalupe, Amanda and Austin Herndon, Lizzy and Billy McMurtrie, and Meghan and Eddie Quinn planned a fun-filled evening with the goal of providing vital funding to continue our work in addressing basic human needs — shelter, adequate food, health care, legal representation and mental health services to so many who have nowhere else to turn. Regardless of social, economic or religious background, those in need of help and hope are supported and uplifted by Catholic Charities.

Thank you to members of the gala committee who assisted the co-chairs: Katie Breslin, Vince Burke III, Joe Burkhart, Caitlin McNamara Chalke, R. Scott and Courtney Clark Pastrick, Steve Conley, Margaret Crilley, April McClain-Delaney and John Delaney, Bob Easby-Smith, MaryAnne Fiorita, Alex Gangitano, Patrick Judge, Stephanie Lennon, Lisa Manfreda, Beth and John Veihmeyer, Kevin Virostek, Steve Virostek, Kara Walsh and Neil Borg, and Mike Williams.
