Community Options was established 1987. Our program is committed to supporting individuals with severe and profound cognitive disabilities as well as with physical disabilities. Nursing services are provided on site by a full-time and part-time RN. Funding for this program is primarily provided by the State of Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration and supplemental funding from Montgomery County.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide an engaging and safe environment that enhances dignity, uniqueness and independence for adults with significant disabilities. We focus on being a person-centered program which gives our participants choices over their daily activities. We strive to serve participants with a wide-range of disabilities and various clinical support needs.
