Catholic Charities’ 83.33 Society is a social investment in the Washington, D.C. community by some of the area’s top emerging leaders.

Members of the 83.33 Society are committed to serving those in need by sharing their talents, time, and treasures.

Enzler Society

Our mission is to engage and encourage young professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of those who are vulnerable or living in poverty. We also serve as a resource for service-oriented professionals in an effort to network, grow and support the work of Catholic Charities.

Good Samaritan Society

The society recognizes donors who have generously provided, or plan to provide, gifts to Catholic Charities through bequests or other estate and planned gifts. Members have the satisfaction of knowing that they are helping ensure the future of Catholic Charities.

Living Faith Society

Living Faith Society members ensure Catholic Charities can continue to serve those most in need by providing ongoing, monthly support with a recurring gift. Members receive a subscription to Catholic Charities’ newsletter, a personalized year-end statement, and invitations.

Christmas Star

Christmas Star provides parents who access our services with a dignified means to give Christmas gifts to their children.

Do More 24

“Do More 24” is the largest 24-hour online fundraiser in the area. Powered by United Way of the National Capital Area, Do More 24 gives members of the community an opportunity to support Catholic Charities’ critically important programs.

Lenten Food Drive

Each year, Catholic Charities hosts a Lenten Food Drive in collaboration with parishes in the Archdiocese of Washington.

Virtual Food Drive

The Virtual Food Drive helps ensure our food programs continue for another holiday season and the winter that follows. Your gift will help meet our greatest food assistance needs.

Our Events Unite Passionate Supporters of Our Mission

Catholic Charities hosts various events throughout the year, including the Gala and Legal Network golf tournament, bringing our community together to support our programs. The 83.33 Society, Enzler Society and President’s Council also contribute through regular activities.
