Transition Services

The transition services focus on building vocational skills through internships, competitive employment, travel training, community involvement and life-skills supports. Students are exposed to volunteer opportunities to strengthen their ability to build rapport with those in different community settings. As students start to transition, they are connected to different partnerships such as those provided by the Department of Disabilities Services and Rehabilitation Services Administration.
