Matthew Blair, Staff Attorney
Matthew Blair joined Catholic Charities in February 2019. Matthew received a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, and a B.A. in English from the College of William and Mary. Prior to Catholic Charities, Matthew worked on civil rights cases as a staff attorney at the Rhode Island Disability Law Center. Before that, he gained immigration experience at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, and his law school’s Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. Born and raised in Maryland, he has also interned at the Family Law Self-Help Center of the Montgomery County Circuit Court. He is a member of the bars of Maryland, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
