Ana Gracia, Staff Attorney

Before joining Catholic Charities and immediately after graduating from law school, Ana earned a Master’s of Law Degree in Law and Government, specializing in immigration and policy. Ana’s own journey as an immigrant has shaped the passion she has for immigration law. Ana’s immigration field experience includes removal defense, affirmative asylum claims, family, employment visa petitions, among other immigration proceedings. She is particularly intrigued by the intersection of criminal and immigration law (crimmigration). Ana has gained valuable experience at the American Bar Association Commission on Immigration, American University Washington College of Law’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, St. Thomas University Immigration Clinic, and the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office.
