Haley Drier is a Pope Francis Scholar studying for her Masters in Social Work and working with Catholic Charities of Washington DC. She is passionate about approaching social work with an open mind and heart to help create change towards social justice in our society. Haley graduated from The Catholic University of America with a degree in psychology and then went on to spend a year serving the community of Monte Sinaí in Ecuador with Rostro de Cristo (Face of Christ). During her time in Ecuador she volunteered at a shelter for women and children experiencing domestic violence. She is looking forward to applying her experiences of the beauty and brokenness of our world, to her work in Washington DC.
