Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Programs

Several of our programs are able to work with families and individuals at-risk of eviction by helping provide funds for short-term financial assistance with overdue bills. We then work with the family to strengthen themselves and avoid the same crisis in the future. 

Washington, DC, Locations

Southeast Family Center

The Southeast Family Center provides funding through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) to all DC residents who may face eviction.

Maryland Locations

Montgomery County Family Center (Montgomery County residents only)
